2014!

Hello dear readers, first thing first,
we had officially began the year of 2014! Happy New Year!
I've send my words to friends and family, and  I am here now wishing you to have a great year ahead and may all your wishes and new year resolution would come true yea! 

I wonder how you all had welcoming the new year arrival? For me I've joined my bunch of friends BBQ+Potluck+Countdown as last year. It's amazing that we had more people in da house this year as you can see! Haha luckily we fitted in the camera shots, LOL! Kidding, I really like to have a bunch of people to say goodbye to year 2013 so that my year end with no regret!

Okay, maybe some party idea for you if you plan to have a party next time? 
We had a potluck party last year and everyone of us brought a dish to the house. However, we ended up couldn't finish all the food and had left them to the host to makan, lol quite pity him. So, if you plan to do potluck with those dish like meehoon, curry chicken, fried rice, finger snacks, and some desserts, just remember not to cook too much and try to estimate after checking how many people and what dishes others would bring. This should help a lot for not wasting the good food after party. ;)

Back to this year party, we had planned to do BBQ and some of us bring potluck to avoid being too boring nor too much food. I was so excited for the BBQ part as the last time I've joined a BBQ party was like two or three years ago with them. After confirming that we would have BBQ I've search the internet for some ideas of food instead of just meat. 

So here's the final ingredients for BBQ: 
Chicken Wings (vry main stream but nice so it's a must! haha), 
meatballs and sausages (thumbs up for the cheeziee sausages! Yum!), 
Sago desserts 
and the others I've recommended after did some "survey" on net..
pineapples, 
marshmallows 
and sweet potatoes. 

Hmm the marshmallows actually also recommended by my fellow friends..who doesn't love marshmallow? Hehe..

Then, I was so free as it's holiday so decided to join other three friends to "Pasar" the morning market and CS brothers after that for the ingredients shopping date lol! Met with them and we bought the ingredients like a chef ahahaha! So much fun especially when Shin and I saw a huge pack of marshmallow!! We were so happy for no reason then fastx2 grab a pack! Luckily, we also never forgot other side ingredients like honeydew, vanilla ice-cream and sago for the sago ice-cream dessert, honey and marinade powder for the smoky chicken wings. What a nice morning to shop with friends and others uncle auntie watching us like why this four teenagers come play play ah? xD Oh yea, we also had a breakfast in Kopitiam which never happen in my life for Nyears already. Oppsss...I should wake up early more often to have breakfast outside next time. :P

Now move on to the party! We had added in a present exchange part less than 1 week before to bring more fun to the event. I was thinking what to buy and actually got 0% idea in my head but I just Whroom..Whroom...to the Pavilion area walk around. What happened? I ended up shopping in H&M without getting any pressiess.. ;( Changed my location back to Leisure Mall after I bought some clothes from the city. Then only I bought the pressie..not to keep secret la as it already exchanged and given to my friend, I want something that can suit from kids to adults, from boy to girl sooo I bought a pendrive with slightly over the budget. I think it's good as everyone of us need more "Space" in the computer lol what I'm talking...anyway, yea a Pendrive! DIY wrapped well~ ;)

The guys were so rajin to build up the fire on la night and BBQ for the girls...(*Clapsss plsss) So most of us the girls just makan at the beginning, but funny things happened when we found out the chicken wings were half cooked and meaning the other part still raw..LOL! Hmm..not much to complain as we eat without doing much thing. Then more and more people arrived while we busy discussing about the uncooked chicken and more food to eat. Till then, we girls finally started to cook! That's is all for the cute marshmallow with chocolate...haha! We were cooking the marshmallow to melt it's inner part, then quickly dip it in the "melted cadbury chocolate fountain", next second, be amazed by the awesomely delicious desserts! Not to forgot the Sago ice-cream was my favourite too! Besides, Chef.Chen brought a salad which totally stimulate our appetite! Main dishes were pineapple fried rice, meehoon, curry vege, and more. 

Next after we filled our tummy with food was the present exchange! We had learnt the game from "康熙來了" a Taiwanese TV show that each of us grab a rope end after messing up the rope together. Then we slowly pull the rope, turn and twist to find who is the one holding the other end of the same rope. That's the two persons who gonna exchange presents to each other! It was extremely fun when there's actually a very special "definitely out of main stream" present that everyone would fear to get from haha! Guess what? I was the one who gonna exchange that present! Well I was totally not angry but just speechless why I was being so lucky at that moment..then there's another friend end up does not pair up. So we came out this 1st 2nd 3rd prize idea again to evenly exchange present to everyone. At last, my 1st prize was changed to another friend..and I got myself a H&M gift card! Oh well! I am lucky to get as it definitely so useful to me~ :DD
Another cards game after that...till 5mins before 2014!

We rushed to the outdoor and had a view for the fireworks! Screamed out loud 5...4....3...2....1.Happy New Year!!!!! Officially stepped in 20th for our generation!

Christmas 2013

*Have you been to 2512 Cafe? ;P

Here come my 2nd post after the Pre-Christmas, I wonder how you had celebrate your Christmas there? To be honest I was just staying back at home and clean my house..why? Lol! To avoid the traffic jam in the city.."people mountain people sea" everywhere, even though I just stayed home I read quite number of post in fb from friends...saying how jam the way to city. 

So now all post of mine was happening three days before Christmas! :)

Last post was in Pavilion KL and MidValley, this post would be continued in Ikano Power Centre & 1Utama.Well I went to IKEA after that with my family and relatives somehow I forgot to snap some photos in it. By the way, like the latest interior series of IKEA with Christmas theme so much! Go check out if you are so free in this holiday hehe.

As the Ikano only have a small space of center court, I don't prepare much for the deco. But it surprised me with this lil santa town. Cute isn't it?

Lastly, Christmas is always not only the decorations and foods, its with the people you cherish in life and have a fun time with them too! I couldn't have gone to these places in two days if they not pay me a visit. So happy to have them joining us in this wonderful season, my relatives from Malacca and her princesses, Nicole and Kayla. Merry Christmas!

Winter Solstice.Pre-Christmas

Before I going out, just fill my leisure time with a quick post to wish you Happy Winter Solstice!冬至快乐！
Have you eaten the sweet rice balls (湯圓) today? I am going to meet up my family later to have a nice dinner.Wish you all happy gather with family too yea.
One thing that I would deny if I could is we all get one year older through this day too! Oh-no, I have to say goodbye to my "Teen" age then cuz I would turn up to be twenty! How about you? Is it a happy day to grown up? Or you are a "Peter Pan" supporter like me?

On the other hand, the Santa season is coming closer and closer...do you guys feel the Christmas season? There's a must watch movie for dreamer out there strongly recommended by me...which is  "FROZEN" !!! Another great disney movie! There's not 2nd movie which suit this season perfectly!

Do you guys do Christmas shopping already these days? I believe most of us did, as we all having year-end holiday plus how could we leave all the nice decorations in shopping mall behind?  As usual, my relatives came down to KL from Malacca and its become an annual plan for us to walk around many different shopping mall for taking photos in this warm season. Yes, definitely a warm Christmas in here Malaysia hahaha, 100% Summer country. :)

But then, I got heard that Pavilion KL had upgraded the Christmas deco to a higher level by making the mall in snow everyday at 8pm! Unfortunately I haven't experienced it yet so far as I went back before 8pm twice lol! Yea 1st day with my classmate for a fun shopping and second with my relatives. I would say I like the Pavilion KL deco most. Hmm, not because it has the most "Wow" deco but I guess is because there have a very holy and comfortable feel to me, especially there's always a playground area for kids to play with, and this year a huge Marry Go Round. This bring more fun and laugher to people compared to others.

Mother's Day

Yes, It's wonderful mother's day today! Any surprise to your dearest mum so far?
I used to make cards and paper carnations the day before 
and surprised her on the dining table..
But nowadays just too lil time yet thinking to do it in IT style is a hit lol! 
Here is my surprise to her.. a photo with her after edited with sweet sweet words. 

She is the treasure I cherish most in this world..
She's not only my mother, my best friend too! 
Thank you for always be there for me..supporting me on what I've decided to do and yes,
sharing the same story with each other. Luv u~
(planned to treat her nice dinner but just knew that we have to celebrate with my grandma too..so plan changed. Dinner stay, not my treat hehe.)

New Year 2013

Current fb profile photo which took in 2011..waiting for my 2013 first new profile photo :)

Despite the 1221 date which was predicted to be the end of the world...and some believe while others don't...It's already 2013 now and we all are still alive! Yea I did typed in FB that this might be a small matter and most of us would just laugh at this joke and let it go by wind...however, we should take this fake thing REAL. The world never end so early, but we are still harming it slowly without realizing how important it is to protect our mother earth from being polluted. So, it's just a lil message to start my post, "Our mother nature still paying her hopes and protection to the living creatures in this world, and yes, mankind, it's time to love our earth more like never before..and hope long lives for this wonderful planet :)" 
(*Simplest way: use recycle bags to shop instead of plastic bags/ re-use some materials and DIY new things/ separate kinds of different garbage before throw them away etc. I bet you and I know these but just remind u and I so that it really keep in part of our daily life..ok? PEACE :) )

So..started my late late post about new year..finally I can proceed to this post lol!
Everyone do plan for the countdown this year~ to celebrate our life after the world end haha xD Nice right? 
My countdown party located in friend's house..as last year and last last year teheee~ I really appreciate to have this class of high school friends who like to 'stick together' sometimes..Hope this will stay till we become adult one day..imagine we will chat from homework exam till our career and own family..that would be amazing ;) Aww~ I do hope..
Let me introduce..It's aunchian's house..the 'every-year-organizer-of-annual-countdown-party" haha..Big thank to him for inviting all of us partied in his living area..the THIRD YEAR :)

This was the noisiest murderer game ever~ We usually kept quite to check the faces of each others and guess out the murderer...but that day was a failure...even murderer talked non-stop..new technique for 2013? Oh..i see~ xD
